Kick-Ass and Hit-Girl are back. The teenager-turned-masked-crusader and his foul-mouthed young friend return to the big screen in “Kick-Ass 2″ and if the new red-band trailer for the film is any indication, the sequel is going to have just as much over-the-top violence as the first film.
