After a lengthy speech at the MTV Video Music Awards, Kanye West revealed a brand new music video for single “Fade.”

The visual, already available to stream on Tidal, stars West’s longtime protegee Teyana Taylor essentially recreating a scene from Flashdance with a surprise twist toward the end.

Before working with West, Taylor was a well-connected up-and-comer who was previously signed to Pharrell’s Star Trak label. MTV fans might also recognize her for appearing on My Super Sweet 16 back in 2007.
